| Advanced Open Water Scuba Diving Certification - PADI |

| For this program you must be a Certified Diver. Not only PADI, certification with any recognized agency is acceptable. |
| The Advanced Open Water course is designed to build up on your basic Open Water skills, by increasing your confidence and diving experience. The more you dive, the more comfortable you will become as a diver. Our fully trained and certified Instructors will help you each step of the way. |
| There are 5 required dives for this program. 2 mandatory dives - Underwater Navigation Dive, and Deep Dive. |
| Now you have to choose from 3 of the following Adventure Dives in order to fulfill the requirements of this course, to obtain your PADI Advanced Open Water certification card: |

This program is geared towards people who would like to see and experience what the underwater world has to offer. If you don't have the time, or are not sure if you would like diving, or don't have the money to take a full certification course, then this is for you. |

You do not require previous diving or snorkeling experience, you do not even have to be able to swim, age is not even a problem. Only your willingness to try something new and have a lot of fun. |

The Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) / Scuba Experience program is structured so that your dives will be on a "one on one" with a certified PADI Instructor in open water. Depending on the package that you have chosen, each dive will be 30 minutes in duration. Therefore if you have chosen a 2 dive package, you will have 2 - 30 minute dives and if you chose a 3 dive package, you will have 3 - 30 minute dives. Now join us for some fun and adventure. If you require either a wetsuit or booties rental, please inform our office prior to arrival. |

- For booties we require your foot size.
|

- For wetsuits we require your height and weight.
|

If you are susceptible to motion sickness, we recommend that you take the appropriate medication after breakfast on the day of the excursion. |

If you prefer to use your own Favorite Photo for your Certification Card, the following must be adhered to; |

otherwise PADI will reject the photo resulting in additional fees to the student: |
|
- Size: 4 cm x 6 cm / 1¾" x 2¼"
|
|
- Clear, head and shoulders photo.
|
|
- No sunglasses, photo gray lenses, hats and underwater shots.
|
|
- Avoid beige, yellow, or tan backgrounds.
|
|
- Your name must be written on the back of the photo.
|

All student divers and "Discover Scuba Diving" participants must complete a Medical Statement, and |
|
a Statement of Risks & Liability prior to any dive related activities. |
