Do I need a wet suit, or is a dive skin good enough?
We recommend a 3mm to 5mm suit from November to May. June to October that a 5mm to 7mm suit be worn. It depends on the individual and the location where the diving is taking place. For some, a dive skin may be acceptable, though due to the unpredictability of the ocean currents, we would still recommend at least a 3mm suit, no less than 2mm. Comfort is the key, for an enjoyable dive.

How much bottom time can I expect to get (How long is a dive)?
Depending on depth, our dives are generally from 45 to 60+ minutes. With a surface interval of 1 hour between dives. The other factors that may affect your dive time - is your air consumption, and if you get cold. If divers have to surface early, it will not impact the rest of the divers in the group, nor cut the dive short for those divers who have plenty of air. Generally we have two dive guides per dive group. If you are one of the lucky ones, you may have a dive guide all to yourself. We adhere to 3 minute safety stops at 5m (15 ft.), and all of our guides dive on computer. Safety stops are terminated based on each individual diver's computer.
